Here is where i offer a VIP service in the deal sourcing world.

We can have a phone call and talk about what you would like to achive in property,  that could be buying property to flip and make a great profit on,  it could be recycling your cash to build a property portfolio,  or it could be building a holiday let business by the beach.

This bespoke service is great for people that want to get in the game fast,  or for people that are busy with there job or own business but would love topark there hard earned money in real assets.

 

Fee's for this service are generally anywhere from £3000 - £10,000, it generally depends on the deal.

 

for example: after our initial chat over the phone, if your after a house in weston-super-mare and you would like to buy something run down and cheap to renovate and make a profit of around £50,000 after the refurb costs.  then we would typically charge 10% fee (£5000) for this deal.

now that is the first part we offer,,  we can also supply our mortgage broker and conveyancer for you at no extra charge.

And if you would like me to project manage the renovation for you so its totally hands off then this can be arranged also.

This is a VIP service,  where there is a small fee upfront, then the rest once we have secured your desired property.
